Extention of Molecular Pathogenesis of Ewing Sarcoma: a New Therapeutic and Transcriptional method

Abstract


Acording to previous study,approximately one-third of sarcomas contain specific translocations. This paper review recent progress in a wide rage of areas of Ewing sarcoma research. Ewing sarcoma is defined in tis paper as the prototypical member of this group of sarcomas; it was the first to be recognized as a singular entity and to have its signature translocation defined cytogenetically. This recognition has led to the identification of  Ewing sarcoma's key driver alteration.  The application of genome-wide chromatin immunoprecipitation analysesis also included.we aims to provide a comprehensive ne method of the  Ewing sarcoma target, and data from model systems aof origin of Ewing sarcoma and its possible similarities to mesenchymal stem cells.
